Implementing Partners and Hosts
Implementing partners are Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and Talents Coaching & Consulting Kenya Ltd. (TALENTS). The event will be executed by these two partners and led by the Conference Secretariat along with a KICD planning committee.
ELICE provides a rich and vibrant 5-day event filled with networking opportunities, fresh insights on latest trends, practical tools and collaboration space to share best practices in mobile-, online-, and blended learning. The 4th Annual conference will be held at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development buildings, (KICD, formerly KIE) Nairobi, Kenya.

The conference is aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing and networking among stakeholders before, during and after the event. This will be accomplished through virtual presentations (Webinars) and use of online knowledge-sharing applications and an interactive virtual community.
